Not only the company dimension, but also and above all the will to improve the corporate and external context, prompted Arix SpA to implement, with effect from 03.30.2023, an Organisation, Management and Control Model (MOG pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001) as a driver for the construction and formalization of the Principles of Transparency and Ethics which have always distinguished the work of the Company and its Organisation. The "Ethical Code" is also an integral part of the Model, which contains the principles and values that the company recognizes as its own and which complement the Model itself.
